One of IT Bods leading clients is a well-respected, client-focused Financial Planning organisation that values its team and supports professional growth.
They are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented IFA Administrator to join the team who can work closely with the Financial Advisers and ensure their clients receive an exceptional service experience. Ideally you will have 2+ years of experience in a similar role within a financial planning organisation.
Based in St Helens, this role offers a welcoming, collaborative environment and the opportunity to contribute to an established practice.
Role and Responsibilities
As an experienced IFA/Financial Adviser Administrator, you'll be an essential support to all IFA's and clients, handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. This is an office-based position
Key duties include:
- Supporting Financial Advisers by processing applications for Investment, Pensions and Protection products.
- Managing client records on their CRM system (Intelligent Office) and maintaining compliance standards.
- Preparing documentation for client meetings and following up on any required actions.
- Liaising with providers to gather information and ensure timelines are met.
- Organising and scheduling client reviews in line with service agreements.
- Acting as a reliable point of contact for clients, addressing non-advice queries, and keeping them updated on their cases.

Experience

- Knowledge of Intelligent Office and tools such as Selecta Pension, Cash Calc, and Dynamic Planner would be beneficial
