Requirements

Outline of Key Responsibilities...

  • Familiarise yourself with the development process by liaising with Project Managers to understand the relationship between individual construction contracts and aftercare provision
  • Monitor defects during the Defects Liability Period on new homes, ensuring that customer defect reports and complaints are dealt with effectively
  • Maintain all relevant databases (including QL) relating to defects, providing information on defects management performance of schemes or individual properties to enable monitoring and assessment of contractor and consultant performance.
  • Assist in actively pursuing the targeted Customer Satisfaction Survey response rate and satisfaction score
  • Assist in the raising of purchase orders and processing of invoices

_We are looking for someone who can: _

  • Previous experience or knowledge of dealing with defects and repairs
  • An understanding of defects and repairs
  • Methodical, organised, efficient and effective with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to raise POS and deal with financial information
  • Strong attention to detail
