I am looking for an experienced Operational Quality Manager to join our rapidly expanding Aseptics team producing cancer drugs.
About the Role:
As an integral part of our state-of-the-art aseptic manufacturing facility, you'll lead and inspire a high-performing quality team, ensuring unwavering adherence to GMP and GDP standards. You'll be instrumental in driving continuous improvement, managing regulatory compliance, and contributing to our mission of delivering life-saving medications to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a world-class quality team
- Drive quality initiatives and monitor KPIs
- Ensure regulatory compliance and manage audits
- Foster a culture of quality excellence
Your Profile:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- In-depth knowledge of GMP and GDP regulations
- A scientific degree and ideally, a registered pharmacist
- A passion for quality and patient safety
