Key Skills

  • Experience of dealing with End of Contract queries
  • Experience in the automotive or consumer finance industry Desirable
  • Previous experience / Management of inbound calls and outbound customer calls
  • Processing and inputting of information on to the database
  • Experience of handling paperwork, agreements and quotations
  • Be able to commute to Slough area - Hybrid
