An exciting opportunity in a dynamic corporate environment involves a blend of reception, administration, and customer service. You'll work in fabulous offices with a friendly team, welcoming clients and visitors, managing reception duties, and organising events. Ideal candidates have experience as a corporate or 5* hotel receptionist, or premium cabin crew.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception and Visitor Management:
- Greet employees, clients, and visitors warmly.
- Register guests and issue passes.
- Validate parking and provide directions.
- Assist with meeting setups and office supplies.
- Support new-hire onboarding and site services.
Event Management:
- Coordinate and support meetings and events.
- Manage logistics including venue, catering, and audio-visual setup.
Space Management (Moves, Adds, Changes - MAC):
- Coordinate office space changes and manage locker allocations.
Internal Communications:
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- Maintain databases and support internal communications.
Additional Duties:
- Track and respond to queries, maintain vendor relationships.
- Support data capture and reporting.
- Assist Facility Manager with mailroom and facilities management duties.
