This Fire and Rescue Service in Nottinghamshire is looking to recruit an ICT Technical Analyst to support their CFRMIS Project team on a fixed-term basis until 31st March 2025**!**

ICT Technical Analyst - CFRMIS Development Project Arnold, NG5 8PP

  • Full time, 37 hours (Monday - Friday)
  • Grade 6: £36,648 - £40,221 per annum
  • FTC until 31st March 2025

The Role:

As the ICT Technical Analyst, you will work on the CFRMIS (Community Fire Risk Management Information System) Development Project by providing technical support to ensure that the system can help to make the communities of Nottinghamshire safer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the ICT Project Manager with planning and implementing project workstreams
  • Provide technical support to the CFRMIS project team and to end users
  • Design, develop, and maintain VB.Net applications for CFRMIS
  • Perform code reviews
  • Create and maintain technical documentation including user manuals, design documents and release notes

Experience / Qualifications:

  • Thorough understanding of ICT technologies, hardware and software used within a multi-site business network environment
  • Have experience working with an ICT role in a medium multi-site organisation
  • Proficiency in VB.Net programming and web development and have the capability to write code (including HTML)
  • Knowledge of SQL databases and experience with .NET Framework and related technologies.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 products
  • Have excellent communication skills and be able to respect the confidentiality of privileged information
