Our client is looking for a passionate individual to join their successful B2C marketing team.
As part of this dynamic team, you'll play a crucial role in developing and executing the digital and brand marketing strategies to grow their direct to consumer market share.
Your passion for success, ability to work autonomously and goals driven focus, together with your strong marketing skillset, excellent commercial acumen and analytical skills, will enable you to drive the growth in this prioritised area of the business.
We're looking for:
- Experience of delivering and managing B2C multi-channel marketing activity and campaigns - having developed effective customer insight and translated this into successful customer propositions and initiatives across the channel mix
- Insight driven and outcome focused; motivated and able to demonstrate results and ROI
- Commercially astute with strong reporting/presentation skills
- Always adopting a customer focused approach. Analyse consumer data and promote with the focus on the customer metrics, design and implement strategies to maximise customer perception
- A brand guardian, a champion for all brands, which sit under the domestic umbrella
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
- Highly organised with solid project management skills
- Ability to work without direct supervision and to take responsibility for driving delivery of key initiatives
- Agency and budget management and reporting competency
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in a marketing or related subject and maintains Marketing CPD
- Minimum of 4+ years in a digital marketing role
- Digital experience including Content SEO, Social and WordPress experience ideally, but not essential.
