JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Receptionist Administrator / Clinic Reception Administration Assistant who has excellent customer facing communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and good administrative and organisational skills.

Working as the Receptionist Administrator / Clinic Reception Administration Assistant you will play a vital part in supporting the Practice Manager and Clinic Care Administrator in providing font of house and administrative support for patients and professionals visiting the clinic.

As the Receptionist Administrator / Clinic Reception Administration Assistant your admin skills and attention to detail will contribute to the smooth running of the clinic and the delivery of high-quality private prosthetic and orthotic rehabilitation.

DUTIES

Your duties and responsibilities as the Receptionist Administrator / Clinic Reception Administration Assistant will include:

  • Meet and greet visitors to the clinic, taking the time to talk to people with a positive and relaxed nature
  • Schedule and set up Clinical Rehabilitation Assessments and ad hoc clinical appointments in response to patient requests to meet with their clinician or the technical team
  • Deal with all email and telephone enquiries from patients, case managers and lawyers when required
  • Maintain comprehensive communication records within the clinic administration software
  • Format and send reports using Microsoft Word

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent knowledge and skills of all Microsoft packages
  • Sound customer facing communications with an empathetic and understanding approach
  • Ability to support and work as part of an administration team
  • Self-motivation and drive to complete tasks and the ability to interact and communicate confidently with patients and other team members of all levels
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
