Collaborating with the central IT Europe team, you'll be a key leader in both the European and UK teams. This is a certified role (CF29) in the UK, underscoring the importance of your leadership in shaping our clients IT landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:Shape the UK's IT strategy as part of the European vision, collaborating with stakeholders and vendors.
  • Technical Excellence:Oversee application and infrastructure development, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards.
  • Team Empowerment:Lead and develop a high-performing IT team, promoting growth and best practices.
  • Project & Budget Management:Lead project planning and budgets to boost operational efficiency.
  • Operational Partnership:Coordinate with European teams on IT operations, infrastructure, and information security to optimize the technology platform.

What You Bring:

  • Proven Leadership:Experience in a managerial role, capable of inspiring and managing diverse teams.
  • Technical Expertise:Degree in computer science , IT, or related field, with advanced technical and project management skills.
