Hours: 37.5 hours per week (8am - 4:30pm or 9am - 5:30pm)

About the Role: Reed is delighted to be working with a fantastic company based in Norwich, seeking a dedicated Project Office Administrator. This role offers a great opportunity to join a dynamic team on a full-time, temporary to permanent basis, working hours can be 8am-4:30pm or 9am-5:30pm and the role will be office based.

Purpose of the Role: To provide contract administration support to the field operation teams, Project Coordinators, clients, and their residents, ensuring efficient administrative processes are maintained in accordance with company procedures and relevant work instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the PMO and program delivery.
  • Issue correspondence to residents, including appointment letters, newsletters, and care leaflets.
  • Print and post surveys in preparation for installation.
  • Qualify resident appointments, complete relevant paperwork, and update records/systems as required.
  • Liaise with internal and external customers via various communication channels to provide a professional and positive customer service experience.
  • Raise and distribute purchase orders for regional offices and operational delivery locations, ensuring adherence to the approval process.
  • Supplier goods receipting (door receipting).
  • Accurate data entry into client systems in accordance with contractual commitments.
  • Produce and manage contract documentation and health & safety packs as required.
  • Provide backup support and cover to customer services, recording resident issues using the company customer service module.
  • Prepare post for dispatch by courier/Royal Mail.
  • Perform general office duties, including filing.
