There will sometimes be cover at other branches so must be flexible to cover

About the Customer Service & Mail Room Assistant role-
To work for the public sector, the role does involve a lot of standing up, physical work, scanning documents and adding to the system as well as dealing with the public face to face and on the phone.
All office based, central Bournemouth with flexibility to cover other branches.
You will be someone who is good at dealing with the public and their queries face to face and on the phone.
General enquiries, and sign posting.
Adding details accurately to their system and uploading documents
Busy environment, must be used to working in a fast paced environment and able work well under pressure and a good team player is essential.
