About the Role:
- Position: Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor / CILEX
- Location: Cardiff
- Specialization: Residential Property
- Experience: 2+ years PQE
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish.
- Provide expert legal advice on all aspects of residential conveyancing.
- Manage sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Conduct title checks, draft contracts, and liaise with clients, lenders, and other parties.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service.
- Work collaboratively within the team and the wider firm.
What You Need:
- Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or experienced Residential Conveyancer with 2+ years PQE.
- Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing processes and procedures.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
