As the first point of contact, the Customer Business Support Coordinator will provide phone and email support to our clients, ensuring that their queries are resolved efficiently and to a high standard. With your superior emotional intelligence skills, you will be able to deescalate tense situations and build strong relationships with our valued customers. In addition, you will showcase your level 1 technical troubleshooting abilities and project management skills in order to effectively address customer concerns.

Duties:

  • Provide phone and email support to customers.
  • Create and manage service tickets, ensuring they are completed to customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations with every interaction.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer service matters, demonstrating professionalism and empathy.
  • Schedule preventative maintenance for our clients.
  • Place orders for consumables as requested by customers.
  • Collaborate with various departments to communicate and share information effectively.

Requirements:

  • Experience within a customer service/call centre background.
  • Bring a positive attitude and approach to your responsibilities and interactions with the team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
