As their Engagement and Support officer you will be responsible for
Membership and Recruitment
- Attending inductions nationwide, presenting to maximise business. Liaise with companies to secure and maintain.
- Follow up on outcomes, responding to queries, processing applications and communicating effectively.
- Create written materials and presentations to support recruitment efforts and enhance impact.
- Lead engagement with clients, building future membership community.
- Manage administrative tasks including report writing, member tracking and revenue processes to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of activities.
Career Services
- Respond to basic queries
- Maintain a foothold in identifying and improving membership through identification and implementation of strategies to engage and retain members and cultivate ambassadors.
- Assist in the sporadic training and recruitment events around the UK and market these events effectively.
- Assist in attendance at events including managing staff attendance and arranging travel and accommodation.
- When required, arrange Webinars for career and training support.
Building Relationships
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Working Practices and Culture
- Collaborate as part of a team and share best practice.
- Promote a positive, inclusive and open culture.
- Undertake other duties reasonably within the scope of the role as directed by the Director for Member Engagement and Career Services
