Salary £30K - £40K plus commission - hybrid working - 3 days in the office
Membership Community Manager - build commercial relationships with your membership community. Our client is a membership organisation that helps Financial Trading Heads in FX, equities and Fixed Income exchange information and network in new and innovative ways. Currently due to growth and expansion they are looking to appoint 2 Community Managers to oversee an existing membership base of Heads of Trading and Senior Traders.
As a Community Manager, you will be speaking to members, understanding their stories, their pain points and what immediate value you can provide to them within the community. Working with members you will curate bespoke experiences for them from joining the community at an event, introducing to fellow members sharing some recent insights with them, breakfasts, round tables etc - the options are endless!
The role will suit a multitasking relationship management specialist that can be spinning numerous plates on a daily basis. You are comfortable speaking with senior managers on a daily basis, conducting profile interviews and needs analysis, able to ask insightful questions and give guidance on what could be the best course of action. You are a free thinker who is passionate and ambitious, you enjoy helping to solve problems and can generate original and unique ideas that can help benefit your membership base.
On offer is a great working environment near Bank (Hybrid working 3 days from the office) as well as regular travel to events and industry seminars. A basic salary up to £40K and bonus scheme is offered with potential OTE being circa £60K. Other benefits include training, career development, team socials and pension contribution.
