I am delighted to be partnered with an Investor Backed Software business who are looking to bring in a Finance Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger accounts.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial closings.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Support financial audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Handle ad-hoc financial tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
