Zeal Recruitment are looking for 2 x experienced Multi-Trade Kitchen Fitters to join a well-known refurbishment contractor on an ongoing basis. This role will be working throughout the Birmingham region on VOID properties. The successful Multi-Trade Operative will be working for a successful business who have a strong foothold within the refurbishment sector.
As a Multi-Trade Kitchen Fitter your duties will include:
- Carrying out repairs, including but not limited to: Carpentry, hanging doors, ironmongery, patch plastering, Painting, and Basic Plumbing.
- Stripping ripping out basic kitchens, installing basic kitchens
- Wall papering, attaching wooden curtain batons.
- Reactive and planned
As a Multi-Trade Carpenter you will need:
- Experience within Reactive and planned maintenance within social housing settings, particularly VOID properties.
- Asbestos Awareness – essential
- Full Clean UK Driving Licence
- NVQ level 2 minimum in your primary trade
- High standard of work
- Van and Tools
- Public Liability Insurance – desirable
- Good communicator
