A leading international firm is looking to fill a vacancy in their Leeds office with a talented Corporate Banking solicitor. This role will involve working very closely with an industry-leading partner and head of department acting for a very broad spectrum of clients in the financial world.
Although based in Leeds, the successful candidate will join a truly national team with other branches in large UK cities as well as around the globe. The firm are looking for a solicitor who ideally has 2PQE+ given the importance of the successful candidate being able to hit the ground running upon joining.
My client is a permanent fixture on various panels within the financial world and the role will involve being directly involved with large UK and international transactions. Candidates wishing to apply for the role will need to demonstrate experience in finance, real estate finance, acquisition/leverage finance or asset-based lending.
