I am proud to be working in partnership with a charity who are looking to appoint a Head of Marketing, which is a brand new and pivotal appointment.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic marketing professional and be responsible for the overall business growth through increased marketing and brand awareness. This role requires an experienced marketing leader with change management experience and a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights, and leading high-performing teams.
About the role:
- Developing and delivering a cross-departmental growth strategy to increase customer acquisition, retention and revenue.
- Manage, develop and deliver a high-performing marketing & communications team
- Leading the development of a data-driven marketing strategy
- Analysis of membership growth data and performance metrics, translating these insights into actionable recommendations
- Overseeing all aspects of brand management
- Leading the development and execution of marketing campaigns across all channels
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive growth
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Leadership experience in growing marketing roles or sole responsibility for growth at a company, transitioning to a managerial role
- Demonstrable ability to influence growth through strategic decision-making
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies, as well as experience in scaling businesses
- A passion for driving business growth, a strategic mindset, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams towards achieving growth objectives
- It is desirable if you have experience working within a membership body, charity or the public sector, but this is not essential
