Our client, an award-winning IT consultancy who specialise in cloud technologies, are seeking
an Oracle E-Business Suite DBA to join their team on a remote basis in the UK.
What You'll Do
- Install, upgrade, patch, clone, and manage all aspects of Oracle E-Business Suite.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with a diverse range of customers.
- Participate in an on-call rota.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience as a DBA (Oracle E-business Suite)
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix/Windows operating systems.
- Strong shell scripting and SQL skills.
- Proficient in core DBA skills, encompassing installation, configuration, performance tuning, RAC, Data Guard, and RMAN
- Background in support services with ITIL-based practices
- Familiarity with other Oracle technologies and cloud vendors like OCI or AWS
