Key Duties and Professional Development:
- Actively focus on learning through formal training; working with and shadowing colleagues; completing tasks and seeking feedback.
- Develop the technical skills to complete assigned tasks, including regular assessments whilst in your probationary period.
- Develop the communication skills to directly interact with clients by email, phone and in person.
- Develop the situational awareness to identify and prioritise useful account development activities.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently; check your own work, work to deadlines, and ask for support when needed.
- Support colleagues within your team whilst in your training period.
- With supervision, develop and maintain client accounts.
The Ideal Candidate:
- STEM focused degree of 2:1 or above from a Red Brick or Russell Group University (Top 20).
- A Levels - Predominantly A Grade within subjects such as Science and Maths.
- Genuine interest in digital marketing - Paid Search / Paid Social.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to manage your time and prioritise between multiple tasks.
- Ability to think critically and creatively to identify new opportunities.
- A welcoming, problem solving, can-do attitude.
- Good attention to detail.
