A respected and client-focused Construction Consultancy in Bristol is on the lookout for a proactive and personable Senior Construction Project Manager to enhance their team.
The Senior Construction Project Manager Role
This role provides an opportunity to manage a diverse range of projects across the Education, Commercial Real Estate, Residential, and Healthcare sectors, ensuring they are executed to the highest standards from inception to completion.
As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will be at the helm of various projects, demonstrating your expertise in leading them through their entire lifecycle. Your responsibilities will also extend to supporting other senior staff in project delivery and internal processes.
Additionally, you'll assist associate directors with resource management, fee budgets, and reporting, making your role crucial to the consultancy's operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a wide range of projects in sectors like education, commercial real estate, residential, and healthcare.
- Supporting senior team members in project delivery and managing internal processes.
- Aiding in resource management, fee budgets, and reporting.
- Ensuring project execution meets the highest standards from inception to completion.

Should be accredited by RICS, APM, CIOB, or currently working towards

A Construction Related Degree Qualification

(Quantity Surveying, Project / Construction Management, Building Surveying etc)

Previous Project Management experience within a UK Construction Consultancy is a MUST

Demonstrates experience in managing projects across a range of construction sectors.

A successful track record managing projects to completion across all RIBA stages
