I am currently working exclusively for a Public Sector Client who is looking to urgently bring in an experienced Business Data Analyst to assist standardising the process and also assist with c27 applications that don't have any Data retention policies applied.
The Role:
Business Data Analyst
- 6-month Contract
- £500 p/d outside IR35
- Hybrid: 1/2 days on site (Canary Wharf)
Key responsibilities for the role include:
- Map/catalogue of all applications and data stores that have no retention policy added and working with technical teams, develop schedule for them to remediate
- Create a catalogue of all retention risk and develop a plan for 24/25
- Working with Info-Gov teams act as Technical - IG bridge in controlling process, outcomes and prioritisation
- Working with the Service team to update all CMDB records for data retention
- Working with the Apps team develop a schedule for All systems data review, in conjunction with records management
- Work up process and governance documents, sharing as part of IT Gov framework, in response to Audit actions
