A multi- service legal 500 law firm based in Chester City Centre is currently looking to recruit a Quality & Compliance Coordinator.
You will work within the Quality and Compliance Team, assisting with day-to-day operations, including the maintenance of records, and conduction of file reviews.
You will be required to demonstrate previous experience of working in a busy Compliance department (preferably within a Law Firm), with excellent AML and Regulatory Compliance knowledge and preferably a compliance or risk qualification.
Duties to include
- Conduct Compliance file reviews on selected matters across all of our fee earning teams
- Ensure that all complaints, data breaches and undertakings are recorded on the firms internal reporting system
- Prepare and assist with new starter Compliance inductions
- Liaise with the SRA and Law Society and ensure that all regulatory records are maintained accurately
- Complete daily compliance tasks such as management of the various inboxes, filing and dealing with queries

- 5 weeks annual holiday (increasing with long service)
