Interim Human Resources Advisor - Redruth / Hybrid - £28-30,000
Well Placed HR are delighted to have been exclusively engaged by a large and long established service provider who have tasked us with sourcing an HR Advisor to join their people management function. The vacancy has come about due to an internal promotion and is offered as an interim contract with an initial set duration of 6 months, but with some potential to convert to a permanent position for the right candidate. Working hours are full time but applicants requiring part time or flexible working hours may also be considered. This employer also offers a hybrid working arrangement if required - details to be discussed at interview.
Working as part of a highly experienced People and Culture function and reporting to a highly supportive HR Business Partner, this will be a broad and interesting opportunity, well suited to a candidate looking to broaden their skills and experience. Key responsibilities to include:
- Act as a first point of contact for employee HR related queries
- Support the HR BP and wider team on a range of people management projects
- Play a key role in recruitment projects (to include interview attendance), and assist in all aspects of onboarding
- Attend a range of meetings (formal and informal), acting as the HR representative and compiling the required documentation
- Update and amend internal digital HR systems
- Administration of employee benefits and well-being initiatives
For this contract we're more focussed on candidates that possess great organisational and interpersonal skills than we qualifications. Whilst being qualified to CIPD level 3 would be advantageous, some experience gained in a busy and multi-faceted people management function (or similar) is the key priority here. The role will require an outgoing, organised and communicative nature, and the ability to communicate clearly with colleagues across a wide range of departments and remits.
Prompt commencement awaits the successful candidate so please get in touch without delay. For further details and to apply, please contact Carly Kellow quoting reference CK10231.
