CNC Programmer, Setter Operator Role

What You Will Do:
- Program CNC milling machines online directly at the machine to produce precision components.
- Utilize 3 and 4 axis Siemens-controlled machines for programming and machining tasks.
- Develop and optimize CNC programs to ensure high-quality production and efficiency.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to create accurate machine programs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machining issues to maintain production flow.
- Perform setup, calibration, and maintenance of CNC machines as required.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer, Setter Operator, with expertise in online machine programming.
- Strong knowledge and experience with 4 and 5 axis Siemens-controlled CNC machines.
- Proficiency in using Fusion 360 for CNC programming is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and precision.
