We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Operators to join our team. The Production Operator will be responsible for operating machinery to assemble products in a manufacturing environment. You must be able to work a rotating 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm shift pattern as well as a day shift 7am-4pm.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery during assembly processes
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform basic maintenance
- Assemble components using hand tools and power tools
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing preferred
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot machinery issues
- Ability to follow assembly instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
