We are assisting our client in their search for a dedicated professional looking to progress their legal career. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join their incredibly supportive and close-knit Residential Property Team in London, providing administrative support to fee-earners and the wider team.
Key responsibilities:
- Opening new client files and assisting with onboarding them by processing Anti-Money Laundering documents
- Archiving files online and to external storage including dealing with client balances, arranging retrieval when necessary from archiving storage
- Filing documents in relevant client files and subfolders, both paper and electronic
- Photocopying and scanning
- Telephone and email communication with clients and ensuring messages are passed on promptly and accurately
- Updating case management system
Key Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Previous administrative experience in legal or professional services is desired
- Ability to prioritise workload and produce accurate work to tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite
- Ability to work in a team
- 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above
