Hybrid - Leeds X2 days a week.

The Role

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to Support the Finance Team working across the STEM portfolio with period end Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet close, Gross Profit reconciliations and reporting, Fixed Asset Reporting & Annual Financial audit queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating commission and bonus calculations.
  • MI and KPI reporting.
  • Gross Profit reporting and Gross Profit reconciliations.
  • Managing Profit and Loss Distribution.
  • Headcount reporting
  • Checking that all the margins are correct and Auditing queries.

About You:

  • Clear and concise written and verbal skills.
  • Well-developed time management skills.
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service, with particular attention to accuracy and detail.
  • CIMA or equivalent
  • Problem solving skills.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Good Knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication Skills.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience within a finance function.
  • GCSE Maths and English.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and react according to priority.
  • AAT Level Qualification, CIMA or equivalent.
