My client is looking for a temporary Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director of this large firm, in this busy and varied role.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Full secretarial and administrative support to the MD
- Diary management
- Expenses
- Occasional work for other Directors
- Occasional HR work
- MS Office
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
- Experience of previous EA/PA roles
- Ability to multi-task
- Flexible attitude
- Prioritising skills
- Managing own workload
