We are looking for a Secretary to join a boutique firm of financial advisors in North West London. Working across data entry, compliance, client services and document management, candidates must have administrative experience, strong IT skills (Microsoft Office proficient) and ideally, numerate.
Working amongst a friendly, supportive team, the offices are a short walk away from the closest train station, or, off street parking is easily accessible.
Duties will include:
- Liaising with high-net-worth clients and internal colleagues
- Recording accurate, up to date information on company database
- Entering critical information on to a variety of forms.
- Digital file management
- Obtaining valuations and statements from insurance companies, stockbrokers and clients
- Requesting information from clients, solicitors and accountants
- Supporting the wider team
You will be:
- Experienced in office administration
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Highly detail oriented - excellent attention to detail
- Able to prioritise and manage deadlines efficiently
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
