Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

Job Duties:
- Processing invoices
- Ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers
- Handling account inquiries and resolving discrepancies
- Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions
- Assisting with month-end closing activities
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Education:
AAT qualification or equivalent in Accounting
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related field
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload efficiently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
- Additional certification in accounting or finance
