Internally you will be known as Business Services Coordinator

What it's like to work here

You'll work with a team of Business Services Coordinators providing administrative and specialist support across the South West. You will be working out of the Bristol office but there will be an opportunity for some limited hybrid working. We're looking for someone with strong administrative skills, able to turn their hand to whatever comes their way and who'll want to help others and get involved. There are opportunities to work with a wide range of team members across the region, making this is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your abilities. The role reports into Kim Aust (Business Services Lead).

What you'll be doing

The National Trust is a busy organisation that has a lot going on at all times - you can guarantee that no day is the same so you'll have to love variety. As well as supporting day to day operations, you'll have the chance to support a variety of projects and offer your advice beyond your team, as well as supporting our purchasing process. You'll always champion best practice when it comes to business support, and will be confident challenging the norm when you think there's a better way of doing something.

Who we're looking for

  • Relevant experience in a Business Support environment; along with facilities or office supervision responsibility
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Great team player
  • Flexible and customer -focussed with strong customer service skills
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise own workload
  • Well organised and attention to detail
  • Advanced IT Skills
