We're currently working on the behalf of a friendly company seeking a new part-time Bookkeeper to assist their Finance Manager. You will be responsible for a range of duties such as:
- Maintaining the sales and purchase ledgers
- Raising of sales invoices and making timely supplier payments
- Banking and bank reconciliations
- Preparation and submission of VAT returns
- Assisting with running payrolls from end to end
- Some HR duties
- Assisting with management accounts, forecasting, year end preparation
The company are ideally looking for someone to work circa 20-24 hours per week, but can be flexible regarding how these hours are spread. You will need previous experience in bookkeeping.
