My client are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented individual to join their expanding team as a Sales Support professional. This role is ideal for someone who is experienced, driven and self motivated with a flair for negotiation and project management.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Process sales enquiries and potential leads via phone and email for bespoke products.
- Effectively communicate customer requirements to the Design Team.
- Project manage various projects from implementation to completion
- Negotiate quotes and terms with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Offer creative solutions to meet customer needs and enhance their experience.
- Provide comprehensive after-care support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Engage in continuous learning and development through provided training.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience.
- Sales focussed
- Initiative to offer advice, recommend changes and formulate creative ideas.
- Good listening, organising and numeracy skills.
- Enjoyment of negotiation and the ability to close deals effectively.
- An interest in art, creativity, or design is advantageous, as the role involves discussing design briefs with customers.
