Typical duties of a Customer Account Manager:

  • Engage with customers daily to build trust and identify solution opportunities.
  • Onboard new clients from the sales teams.
  • Lead meetings to initiate new projects.
  • Assist in designing solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Coordinate delivery progress and status meetings.
  • Review customer journeys and provide success recommendations.
  • Facilitate interactions between delivery services and customer teams.
  • Develop pipelines and recommend suitable subscriptions.
  • Analyse and resolve customer success issues.
  • Maintain performance metrics and prepare review documentation.
  • Demonstrate service value using ROI and business case performance.
  • Document customer use cases and obtain testimonials.

Core Technical Skills:

  • Experience with CRM and customer management tools.
  • Proficiency in creating and distributing newsletters and communications.
  • Experience with customer success and satisfaction surveys.
