Locum Histology/Cellular Pathology Technician
Location: Southeast England
Contract Duration: 5th August 2024 - 25th October 2024
Hours: 09:00 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday)
Pay Band: Band 4 - 6
About Client:

Key Responsibilities:
- Section histology blocks at a rate of 25+ per hour.
- Handle core biopsy samples with precision and accuracy.
- Maintain high standards of histology and cellular pathology practices.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to lab protocols.
Qualifications:
- HCPC registration is ideal but not essential.
- Proven experience in cutting core biopsies is preferred.
- Relevant qualifications in Histology/Cellular Pathology.
Skills & Experience:
- Ability to section histology blocks efficiently.
- Familiarity with cellular pathology techniques.
- Attention to detail and adherence to laboratory standards.
