Assure Personnel are pleased to be supporting a fantastic local business to recruit a Quality Controller to join their team. This role will require you to work collaboratively within the organisation in a positive, supportive and proactive manner.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for control checks on all products
- Responsible for filling in QC paperwork
- Ensuring all deviations and errors are rectified proper to manufacture and delivery
- Leading by example and motivating the workforce to guarantee the highest quality of workmanship and efficiency in order to achieve the daily production requirements
- The Quality Controller must be able to respond to daily challenges, demonstrate flexibility and adaptability.
Qualifications Required
- Experienced background in Quality Control, ideally within manufacturing or construction
- Self-motivated and results driven
- A strong work ethic
- Knowledge in Precast would be advantageous
