In this role, you will be responsible for delivering training and coaching sessions to help students complete their apprenticeships. You will coordinate with both learners & employers to conduct progress report meetings, and you will also work alongside the Engineering delivery team to help improve & develop the Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering curriculum & course material. You will play an important part in inspiring apprentices to fulfil their potential and develop the skills to become a qualified engineer.
The successful candidate for this role will be an engineer with strong electrical knowledge and experience who has completed an apprenticeship of their own. They will hold a Level 3 qualification and have a solid level of industry experience. They will be willing to work towards obtaining a Teaching qualification.

- Delivering training sessions to engineering apprentices
