On offer is an opportunity to work for an Engineering business with a focus on training, development and career progression where you would have the opportunity to progress within the company and potentially be trained on Fusion360.
You will be a CNC Miller assisting in the manufacturing of parts through the production process, working in materials such as Plastics and Stainless Steel, ensuring planned times for setting and manufacturing are met or improved, and high quality parts produced within required performance, cost and delivery targets.
If you are an experienced CNC Miller who can competently operate Heidenhain controls then please apply for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Programming and Running the CNC Machines
- Operating Heidenhain CNC Controls
- Managing CNC machines made by Hardinge Bridgeport
- Ensures Jobs get out on time
- Working on own and within a friendly fun team.
- Occasional involvement in Lathes as and when required
- Ensuring production targets are met to deadlines
- Ensuring CNC machine output quality standards
The person:
- CNC operating experience
- Knowledge of Engineering drawings
