Horizon Teachers are working with a Primary school based in Enfield, supporting them in their search for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team.
The opportunity
- A long-term SEN Teaching Assistant role which is likely to become permanent.
- Working in either Key Stage 1 or 2, supporting pupils who require additional assistance within the classroom or supporting children within the SEN resource base.
- An opportunity to develop a career in Education, learning from experienced and qualified SEN professionals.
About you
- You have experience supporting pupils with a range of needs within an EYFS, Primary or Secondary setting.
- You have a proactive mindset and the ability to think on your feet during challenging situations.
- You demonstrate professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive matters which might include personal care.
- Most importantly, you have a genuine passion for working with children with SEND and a desire to build long-lasting, rewarding relationships.
