Customer Service Coordinator

Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Are you looking to join a dynamic and forward-thinking manufacturing company? We are currently seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our client's team on a temporary basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service by handling incoming calls, resolving requests and queries, and processing complaints. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to address any issues and prevent re occurrences. Additionally, you will play a key role in managing order bookings, ensuring optimal production planning, and minimising spillage.

To be successful in this role, you should have a keen attention to detail and possess excellent written and numerical skills. You must have experience using ERP systems, and be comfortable working in both telephony and omni-channel environments. Your ability to develop relationships with clients and your results-oriented mindset will set you up for success.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent in Maths and English (Grade C)
  • Further educational qualification in a relevant area or significant workplace experience
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems
  • Experience in sales through telephony and omni-channel environments
  • Strong customer service and brand champion mindset
  • Comfortable with outbound contacts and campaigns
  • Understanding of account/client management and relationship building for sales
  • Ability to work to defined contact structures
  • Excellent written, numerical, and documentation skills with great attention to detail

This is a temporary position, offering an hourly rate of £11.79. You will be working full time, and your role will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
