In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service by handling incoming calls, resolving requests and queries, and processing complaints. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to address any issues and prevent re occurrences. Additionally, you will play a key role in managing order bookings, ensuring optimal production planning, and minimising spillage.
To be successful in this role, you should have a keen attention to detail and possess excellent written and numerical skills. You must have experience using ERP systems, and be comfortable working in both telephony and omni-channel environments. Your ability to develop relationships with clients and your results-oriented mindset will set you up for success.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent in Maths and English (Grade C)
- Further educational qualification in a relevant area or significant workplace experience
- Proficiency in using ERP systems
- Experience in sales through telephony and omni-channel environments
- Strong customer service and brand champion mindset
- Comfortable with outbound contacts and campaigns
- Understanding of account/client management and relationship building for sales
- Ability to work to defined contact structures
- Excellent written, numerical, and documentation skills with great attention to detail
This is a temporary position, offering an hourly rate of £11.79. You will be working full time, and your role will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
