Role: Cover Supervisor
Location: Northampton NN4
Contract: Short-term and Long-term Contracts Available
Working Days: Minimum 3 days per week
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £100-£120 per day
Monday - Friday 8:30am-3:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of a teacher.
- Ensure students remain focused and engaged with pre-set work.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
- Support the school's policies on behaviour and attendance.
- Assist students with any questions or issues related to the lesson.
Requirements:
- A passion for education and working with young people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Flexibility to work a minimum of 3 days a week.
- Previous experience in an educational setting
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
