We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Management Office Assistant to join our team! This is a full time, permanent role working remotely with some occasional travel required.

The Position & Key Responsibilities

The Senior PMO Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our project management functions by assisting in project documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks, as well as mentoring the PMO Assistants.

  • Own the creation, maintenance, and organisation of project documentation which includes, project plans, schedules, status reports & meeting minutes.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider customer operations team, which includes organising permits, traffic management, obtaining third party quotes & proactively chasing updates for deadlines.
  • Own the maintenance of quality standards for Project Documentation and deliverables.
  • Auditing standards to ensure consistency and adherence to organisational guidelines.
  • Own the scheduling of internal and external resources.
  • Support internal report creation.
  • Deputise for the Head of Operational Delivery and Governance where required.
  • Support the Head of Service Management where required.
  • Provide training and mentoring for the PMO Assistants.

Person Specification

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of ITIL Framework
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Be able to work on your own initiative.
  • Proven ability to successfully collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office Suite
  • Strong understanding of PMO
  • Knowledge of HALO ITSM.
  • Prince2 Foundation and above
