Are you who our client is looking for?

My clients are looking for someone who would like to become to 'go to' broker in their area,. They are looking for a positive, driven individual who is clear on what their goals are and would like some support to help reach them,.

  • Ce Map Qualified (or industry equivalent)
  • Experience Mortgage Advisor – 18 months +
  • Proven track record of mortgage sales
  • Reliable & trustworthy
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed.

What does this role specifically involve?

As a Mortgage Advisor for the Brokerage, you will be covering branches in Newcastle, Durham, and Northumberland. You'll be provided with an abundance of leads, and offer fee free advice, guiding clients throughout the mortgage process, helping them secure suitable mortgage loans tailored to their needs and financial circumstances. Your role will involve assessing clients' eligibility, researching mortgage options, offering sound advice, and facilitating the application and approval process, as support, you will have a dedicated client relationship manager to assist you with your administration, allowing you more time to focus on providing outstanding customer service to your clients.
