Key Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator:

  • Process sales orders to ensure timely delivery to customers
  • Work with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance
  • Generate despatch notes for UK and export sales
  • Raise invoices and send them to customers
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, product enquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns
  • Create reports for packaging and stock
  • Maintain and update sales databases and records

Requirements of the Sales Administrator:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
