Mechanical Design Engineer required. Our client is a well-established and leading manufacturer supplying the industrial processing industry, who are based in the Stoke on Trent area. Due to ongoing success, they are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join the team and take control of projects from handover through to design and build.

Position Overview
- Utilising Autodesk Inventor to carry out mechanical design from conceptual stage through to detailed production
- Liaising with contractors and customers
- Supporting aftermarket sales activities
- Ensuring products are development in line with legislative requirements
- Specifying products and components
**Mechanical Design Engineer
Position Requirements
- 1+ years of previous experience with a mechanical design role, with the use of 3D modelling software such as Inventor or Solidworks
- Based in a commutable distance of Stoke on Trent
- Degree qualified or similar within a Mechanical Engineering / Design related subject
- Full UK Driving License
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
