The Interim Property Finance Officer's main responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that rent uplifts are brought fully into payment in a timely manner
- Running the end-to-end process of tenant queries
- Supporting the calculation and setting of rents and service charges on an annual basis ensuring compliance with regulation
The successful Property Interim Finance Officer's must:
- Be experienced working within the Housing/Property sector
- Must have strong experience working in a finance team
- Be able to get to the Durham office regularly
- Have exceptional customer service skills
