We are recruiting for a Head Concierge to take the lead on a small residential building based in Victoria. You will be overseeing contractor works, providing front of house assistance for the residents and giving guidance to the on-site Concierge team. You will be reporting into the Property Manager who is based at Head Office.
Salary: £32,000 to £35,000 depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Duties:
- Provide a presence in the building and in the main reception area.
- Welcoming residents and visitors into the building in a polite and friendly manner.
- Provide assistance and guidance to your team members when required, ensuring the workplace is a supportive environment.
- Dealing with all resident's requests and complaints efficiently.
- Taking inbound phone calls, redirecting, or taking messages as required.
- Accurate parcel handling and recording.
- Key management including signing out of key cards to contractors and ensuring their prompt return.
- Maintaining a logbook of current and past contractors and on-site visitors.
- Internal and external patrols of the development.
Suitable candidates will need to provide 2 recent professional references and will undergo relevant vetting checks.
