People Solutions are actively recruiting on behalf of our client for candidates interested in an Outbound Customer Service position.
Our client is a passionate and forward-looking company offering a full range of contact customer services.
As a Customer Service Advisor, the ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role and be confident and tenacious when making calls to businesses.

Day to Day Duties
- Working on behalf of clients contacting a target list of businesses to make qualified sales appointments
- Generate leads
- Update company information
- Complete telephone surveys on behalf of clients with their customers
Essential Skills
- Experience working within a similar role, making outbound calls
- Excellent spoken English and a good clear telephone voice
- I.T. Literate
- Understanding of working to targets
- Local to area / able to commute easily
